Dear Sir or Madam:
A few years ago I corresponded with Mr. James G. Simmons regarding Reverend William Henl)'
Bakewell, a Methodist minister on the south-eastern Michigan circuit 1860's - 1870's. At that time I
had researched Rev. Bakewell's life and his family, and sent the information to your library for its
ftles.
I have since found new information, including the maiden name of Rev. Bakewell's third wife, and
the correct name and husband's name of his daughter whom I called E liza (!virs. Daniel Wood) but
was in reality Elizabeth, Mrs. David Woods. I have prepared a new report for your ftles and would
be gratified if you would accept this and disca rd my previous report.
T hank you.
Very truly yours,

Suzanne L. Frantz
