said "With a great sense of
humility and · gratitude, I
accept the privilege and challenge in my ongoing commitment to Christ and service to
humanity. From an early age in
my home village in Sierra
Leone, Africa, long before I
heard the word 'faith' in the
English language in a church, I
was taught that everything is in
God's hand. In an environment where people live by and
with nature - growing their
own crops, depending on the
sun, rain, air, etc. which are
gifts o(God - one cannot help
but believe that life and its
ingredients and supporting
agents are in the hand-of God.
That is, God controls everything and He is in charge of all
things. He created the world
and H e is still in control of all
creative and redemptive activities and processes. And God is
good to one and all; everything
He does is suffused with
grace."
Allie has three children

Jessie and Nyahaleh Amelia.
