ROSS & ARRA BUNCE
Ross and Arra Bunce were missionaries to India under the World Division of the
Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church.

assigned to ecmnenical youth work in Delhi and then to the(Oistrict ,~perintend­
ency in Delhi District in 1968.
The Bunces came back to the United States in 1969 and did not -.gairl return to India.

They served in the Central Pennsylvania Conference at Altoona for two years an11transferred to West Michigan in 1972.

These were dormitories and boarding homes for village boys who

wanted to continue their education in the higher grades, available only inthe larger
towns and cities.

This program was planned as an extensive opportunity for Christian

education and personal growth.

It was part of the growing outreach of the church to
