RS. L. W. BISHOP, 64, wife of Rev.
L. W. Bishop of Yale, retired member of the Detroit Conference, died Sunda y , October 31, in Woman's Hospital,
D etroit. She had been in ill h ealth for
severa l months.
Mrs. Bishop was born March 20, 187D.

Bishop was pas tor of 'T'rinity a nd Cole
Methodist Churches until hi s retirement
two yea rs ago.
Besides her husba nd. 1\Irs. Bishop is
survived by one da ught<>•·. Mrs. Gordon
Brown, Yale, a gr~ n cl chil(l. and her
mother, Mrs. James Kerr, Wallaceburg,
Ontario.
Funera l services were held in the Trinity Methodist Church, Ya le, wit h Rev.
C. Gordon Phillips, district superintendent, officiating. Rev. R. E. Bachus , of
Lum, and Rev. Ray Will son, of Caro,
shared in t he service a nd broue-i1t person al tributes. Burial was in Elmwood
Ceme tery.
