evening, Aug. 27, 1904, at the age of
7 years, 4 n1on t bs and 7 days. Mr.
Blizzard \vas born at N ewurk, Ohio,

In 1846 Bro. Bliz'l.ard united with
the M . E . church and jn 1851 was
licensed a local preacber and served
in the acti ve wo rk of t he. m i n is tr.v

In
1877, under tbe pastoral labors of the
now sainted Re\'. C. . Bro\vn, he
united with the Evangelical as... ocia.. tion and becan1e a local preacher of
tbe 1\iichigan con Ference, serving in
this capacity until death. He was
elected Sunclay school SUI)erintendent
, for tbree consecutive tern1s covering
t the period fron1 18i7 to 1881. He \vas
elected steward in 1879 and again in

1880. Ile was elected class leader in
