Methodist Church on Tuesday, June 1, as the 14lst

consecutive annual session began in Dawson Auditorium on the
campus of Adrian College, Adrian, Michigan.

On

Saturday, June 5, he was ordained a Deacon in the United

Methodist Church by Bishop Edsel A. Ammons, Resident Bishop of
the Michigan Area of the United Methodist Church.

Son of John F. and Margaret Britt of Rochester, Michigan .

The

Rev. Britt was graduated from W. T. Wodoson High School in
FairfaE Couuny, Virginia.

He received B.A. degree from Oakland

University in 1978; a Master of Divinisty degree from Asbury
Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky,May 1982.

Mrs. Britt, is the former Hanine Kuehn daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Hubert Kuehn, Jr. of Saginaw, Michigan.

Rev. Britt has served at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church,
W'•chester, Kentucky as Associate Pastor.
