Ontario, hig h school a nd a ttended Weste rn University in London. He e ntered
t he mini stry, in London, in 1908.
In 1911 he accepted h is first Method is t a ppoin t ment in Michigan, a nd became th e pasto r of t he A pplegate
Ch urch, on the Port Huron District.
Most of his ministry wa s confined to
t he Port Huron and Flin t districts of
Michigan Me thod ism. His fina l a ppoin tmen t was to t he Lake Orion Church in
1947. In 1950 he r etired, a nd continued
to live in Lake Orion , a t 409 E . F lint
Street.
He a nd t he former A nn Lois Lee
were married in Cana da, A ug ust 10,
