We are desirous of securing for -t he -Historical files of the Michigan Conference complete and detailed
j~formation concerning all ministers who have sprvcd and are now serving in t he Conference. The above outline
is intended to nssist in securing such information in more or less uniform out lines. We urge t ho addition on a
separate sheet, of such other important and interesting information as cannot be conveniently placed on · this blank.
In the case of men now living, t he information can , of course, be only up t o date. Photographs of living and
der pased ministers, diaries, let ters and documents of historical int prest are earnestly solicited. Your co-operation
