Commitment by '"Yo ur Organization
In order for these services to be most effective for your church or organization, a financial commitment must be
made. There will be a fee of $15 for the initial interview. Future financial obligation will depend (1) upon th e
services desired (2) the length of the time required to perform them and (3) the cost of transportation.
The financial commitment of the church is important as it indicates a willingness to a ssume the cost of providing
professional leadership for its program of Christian education.
Successful Consultation l?roce·d . ure
It is wise for the Board of Christian Education or organization planning to use the services of Mr. Voss to plan well
in advance. After the initial interview a series of one day or one evening sessions can be planned with the teaching
staff of the church. The Minister of the Church and other professional leaders on the staff should definitely be
members of the planning group.
Arrange for a follow up program so that the va lues of the training program may continue to enrich the life of the
church. Christian Education is an exceedingly important and technical field of endeavor and requires the church's
best effort and commitment.
The Consultant will advise the committee as to the best procedures in developing its local program of Christian
Education and will at all times work in the best interests of the organization securing his services.
