Fortuna tely they

She wrote me a note saying, "Show

Meanshile I served t't'lo churches at Ewing, a nd Macon

At this time word came to us that mother-in-law
Je s sie Terry was real ill at Plymouth, Michigan. My
g ood wife wanted to go to her aid.

We loaded our

(Ford Car ) pulled a ll to Plymouth, Michigan. My wife
gave her motherg ood care and she soon recovered
enough so we could accept a charge at De cker, Mi chigan, whose three churches we served with our model
T for a few years.

We were then call ed to Port

Huron Circuit and gave it model T service for two
y ears . It was at this time that my vocal chords
f ai led me badly and retirement was mandatory. I
went back to painting again and also worked in a
mach i ne shop and

t hus earned Social Security

cancers that ate off her wind pipe a nd gullet so she
could not eat, and the cancers took her life.
