Corydon L. Wood

30 September 1852 - 12 October 1924
- Received a license to preach in the Saginaw Mission Conference (later known as the Northern Michigan Conference) of the United Brethren in 1879
- Served as pastor and presiding elder
- When the church split in 1889, he followed the "Old Constitution" group
- Elected Bishop in 1905
- In the 1920s, he was suspended from his position and then arrested for immoral acts involving young boys
- Died in Jackson state prison
