(Based on the chart published in the 1956 Detroit Conference journal, pp. 204-205. Although that list reports that “All Records of the First Eleven Conferences Were Destroyed”, some records in the Conference archives have allowed partial data on those meetings to be added. Where possible, more complete versions of the names of Conference Presidents and Secretaries have been added. This conference was created from the Michigan Conference in 1858 and continued until it merged back into the Michigan Conference in 1905.)
